Eggnog tiramisu

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 ml espresso, cold
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto
  • 50 ladyfingers (biscuits)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 10 tbsp eggnog
  • 300 ml cream
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes

Line a loaf pan with foil. Mix the espresso with the amaretto. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar, gradually adding the egg liqueur. Soften the gelatin, dissolve it, and stir it into the cream. Whip the cream, not too vigorously, and fold it in carefully. Briefly dip the ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and layer them in the loaf pan, alternating with the cream. Chill, then turn out of the pan, sprinkle with cocoa, and serve in portions.
