Eggnog with Tonka Beans

  • 12 Egg yolk
  • 400 g Powdered sugar
  • 400 g Sweetened condensed milk (milkmaid) 8% fat
  • 500 g Condensed milk 4% fat
  • 2 piece Tonka beans
  • 500 ml 96% Alkohol Lebensmittel geeignet.
  1. Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until frothy.
  2. Finely grind the tonka beans and add to the egg mixture.
  3. Stir in the alcohol and condensed milk. Fill in bottles. approx. 23% Alc.
