Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can beef in its own juice, approx. 400 g
- 200 g soup vegetables, frozen
- 200 g pasta, e.g. Trulli
- 1 ½ liters of water
- Beef broth powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Don’t use noodles that are too small. Remove the beef from the can and cut into small cubes. If there’s too much fat in the can, you can remove some of it with a spoon. The jelly is important, though. Bring a pot of 1.5 liters of water to a boil and add the frozen vegetables. Bring to a boil and add the beef. Cook everything until simmered and season with beef broth. If you like, you can also add pepper and a teaspoon of tomato paste. Add the noodles to the soup, and you have a delicious, quick beef noodle soup.
