Tarte Flambée Rolls

The perfect tarte flambée rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 piece Aufbackbrötchen
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 2 packet Whipped cream
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 250 g Diced Bacon
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  1. Mix the sour cream and whipped cream. Stir in onions, bacon and Emmental. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg.
