Tarte Flambée Rolls
The perfect tarte flambée rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 12 piece Aufbackbrötchen
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 2 packet Whipped cream
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- 1 Chopped onion
- 250 g Diced Bacon
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Mix the sour cream and whipped cream. Stir in onions, bacon and Emmental. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Halve the baked rolls and distribute the mixture evenly on top. Then bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes
- as a pizza variant, the whole thing is also very tasty.
