Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 4 tbsp drink powder for drinking chocolate
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup milk (whole milk)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp ice (crushed ice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chocolate Banana

Peel the banana and cut into 1 cm pieces. Place it in a blender along with the chocolate powder, honey, cinnamon, and milk (I recommend hot chocolate, as it has a higher chocolate content and is less sweet than instant cocoa). Blend on low speed for about 20 seconds to break up the banana pieces, then increase the speed to high. Pour into a tall glass, adding crushed ice if desired (and to taste).
