  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cube of herbs
  • 2 tbsp mustard medium to hot
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the eggs and slice them. Finely dice the onion and sauté in butter until translucent. Add the diced herbs. Stir in a cup of sour cream and a little water. Stir in the mustard. Once everything is well blended, add the egg slices and heat gently—do not boil. This goes best with potatoes and a green salad. A great recipe for working people—it’s quick to make.
