Eggs in Cheese and Bacon Sauce

- 4 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 20 g Flour
- 20 g Butter
- 150 ml White wine
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 g Processed herb cheese
- Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp 8 Kräuter Mischung TK
- Salt
- Pepper
- Boil the eggs hard, peel them, cut in half and set aside.
- Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the oil with the diced ham until translucent.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, sweat the flour in it, deglaze with the white wine and the vegetable stock, add the onion and the diced ham, season everything with salt and pepper, then stir in the mustard, processed cheese and herbs, briefly Bring to the boil and serve with the eggs and boiled potatoes.
