Shred the meat, salt and pepper, and coat in cornstarch. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper into pieces (approx. 2×2 cm). Cut the broccoli into small florets and halve the snow peas. Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Roughly chop the nuts. Brown the meat in oil until crispy and remove from the pan. In the same pan, sauté the onions, then add the bell pepper, broccoli, and snow peas, and finally the bean sprouts. Pour in the stock and soy sauce, then add the ginger and garlic. Cover and simmer for a few minutes. Finally, thicken with cornstarch if necessary, add the nuts, and season with sambal oelek. Serve with rice.
