Spread the love

  • 6 elderflower umbels
  • 2 liters of water
  • 3 lemons
  • 310 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rinse the lemons with hot water, squeeze them lightly, and slice them. Briefly rinse the elderflower with cold water. Then add all ingredients to a large bowl, stir well, and let it sit in the sun or another warm place for 5-6 days. Stir frequently. When bubbles form, strain the lemonade through a sieve and pour into snap-top bottles. Then let it stand for another day and then refrigerate, otherwise it will continue to carbonate. The lemonade can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 months.
