Refreshing summer cocktail with elderflower syrup – tastes good even in winter!

Mix all ingredients, except the soda, in a cocktail shaker with some ice. Pour into an ice-filled glass and top up with soda. Tip: There are also variations of this cocktail that use elderflower liqueur instead of elderflower syrup. Personally, I find it too alcoholic. I’ve also seen recipes that omit the sugar syrup. My absolute favorite cocktail: not too sweet, beautifully refreshing, and, above all, fruity.
