Emmental Cake

  • 150 g Flour
  • 80 g Oil
  • 1 Egg

filling

  • 250 g Grated Emmental
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Make a smooth shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices, dice paprika and onion.
  3. Place the shortcrust pastry in a 28cm tart pan and cover the bottom and the edge.
  4. Spread the mushrooms, peppers and onions on the batter.
  5. Mix the eggs with the sour cream and 2/3 of the Emmental cheese and season strongly with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and spread the rest of the cheese over it.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven (200 ° C) for about 25-30 minutes. It’s best to see that the crowd is well stocked.
