Emmental Cake
The perfect emmental cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 150 g Flour
- 80 g Oil
- 1 Egg

- 250 g Grated Emmental
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 1 Red peppers
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 1 Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Make a smooth shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices, dice paprika and onion.
- Place the shortcrust pastry in a 28cm tart pan and cover the bottom and the edge.
- Spread the mushrooms, peppers and onions on the batter.
- Mix the eggs with the sour cream and 2/3 of the Emmental cheese and season strongly with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and spread the rest of the cheese over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven (200 ° C) for about 25-30 minutes. It’s best to see that the crowd is well stocked.
