Endive, apple, and orange salad with orange dressing and sunflower seeds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of endive lettuce
  • ½ apple
  • ½ orange(s)
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 orange(s), squeezed
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and cut the endive into strips. Wash and dice the apple. Wash and dice the orange. If you like, roast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan. Make the dressing from the listed ingredients, season to taste, and drizzle over the salad before serving.
