Endive Salad with Lovage, Bacon and Lamb Fillet

Ingredients
 

  • 1 piece Endive salad
  • 1 bunch Lovage
  • 10 Centiliters Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 10 Centiliters Sunflower oil
  • 200 g Diced Bacon
  • 5 piece Lamb fillets

Instructions
 

  • Wash the endive salad and cut into fine strips. Pour the stick, the soy sauce, a teaspoon of mustard, a price of salt and pepper and the sunflower oil together and mix everything with a hand blender to form a creamy salad dressing.
  • Fry the diced bacon in the pan. When the bacon has turned slightly brown, pour the salad dressing into the pan with the bacon. Then mix it with the salad and serve it slightly warm.
  • Fry the lamb fillets in a very hot pan in a little fat. Ideally, only about a minute from each side. The fitet is so tender that it cooks through very quickly. Salt, pepper, done!
