Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large lettuce (endive)
- 2 small oranges
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 5 walnuts
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil, roasted
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, bianco
- 1 tsp herbal liquid seasoning from the health food store
- herbal salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the endive and cut into thin strips. Peel the oranges, remove the segments, and quarter them. Slice the radishes. Crack open the walnuts with a nutcracker and crush them. Make a vinaigrette with the oil, balsamic vinegar, and the remaining ingredients. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and gently mix with the vinaigrette.
