Homemade eggnog

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 gr. can/n condensed milk (10%)
  • ¾ liter of schnapps (Doppelkorn)
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy; slowly stir in the canned milk; finally stir in Doppelkorn schnapps; pour into a nice bottle; if the eggs are fresh, they will keep for 4 weeks.
