Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 chicory
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • some breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Oven-baked chicory

Cook the chicory stalks in salted water until al dente, then drain well. Wrap each chicory stalk in a slice of cooked ham and place them side by side in a baking dish. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the top to absorb the moisture. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
