- 100 g date(s), pitted, dried
- 100 g fig(s) (soft figs)
- 50 g raisins
- 100 g walnuts
- 50 g almonds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- Desiccated coconut
Instructions

approx. 20 balls
Finely chop the dried fruit and nuts and then mix with honey and sesame seeds. With wet hands, form about 20 balls and roll them in the desiccated coconut. The balls will keep for one to two weeks in a tightly sealed container and are an excellent energy booster.
