Energy balls with cranberries and cashews

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 g oat flakes, fine
  • 90 g crunchy or creamy cashew butter and a handful of chopped cashews
  • 70 g cranberries, dried
  • 1 pinch(s) of vanilla or vanilla flavoring
  • 4 tsp honey
  • possibly cinnamon, a small pinch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious snack balls full of energy, approx. 20 balls

Roughly chop the cranberries. Then add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. The consistency should be slightly sticky so the energy balls are easy to form and hold together. If needed, add a little more cashew butter or honey as “glue.” Form the mixture into about 20 energy balls. Refrigerating them for 20 to 30 minutes beforehand will make them easier to form, but this is no problem even without refrigeration. For 20 balls, one ball has about 71 calories.
