Vegan: My Veggi – Rolled Roast on Kale with Potatoes and Carrots

  • 1 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  • 1 tsp Güros spice
  • 2 tbsp Mustard hot
  • 2 tbsp Mixed spice *
  • 200 g Water
  1. Make a dough from the seitan fix, the vegetable stock (first mix the dry ingredients together) and the water, knead it well and roll it out. Then brush it with mustard, sprinkle with the spice mixture and roll up. I then wrapped it in foil and let it steam for about 1 hour.
  2. Let the seitan roll roast cool down, cut it open and today I heated a few slices on the kale, with potatoes and carrots cooked in vegetable stock.
