Energyballs: Sweet Erdzipan Balls

  • 300 g Pitted soft medjool dates
  • 80 g Ground tiger nuts
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 drops Bitter almond flavor
  1. Finely mix all ingredients in the food processor until you get a kneadable mass. If necessary, add a little more tiger nuts or dates, depending on the consistency.
  2. Roll into small balls between the palms of the hands and roll them in the ground tiger nuts. Store in the refrigerator. But you can even freeze them. The balls taste so so delicious!
