Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of bacon cubes, approx. 50 g
  • 1 pack of herb curd
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the bell pepper, tomatoes, and onion. Fry the bell pepper in a pan until softened. Add the tomatoes and onions and fry until the onions are translucent. Add the diced bacon. When the bacon is cooked through, add the eggs. Fry, stirring constantly, until the eggs are set. Season the scrambled eggs to taste and serve with herb quark.
