Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 225 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 100 g white chocolate, cut into small pieces
  • 100 g dark chocolate, cut into small pieces

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Whisk together the butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Fold in the salt, flour, and baking powder. Add the chocolate chips and mix briefly with a spoon. Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper and drop small spoonfuls of dough onto the sheets. Since the cookies will spread a lot, don’t place them too close together! Place the sheets in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. The cookies are done when they are crispy on the outside but still soft on the inside.
