Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 300 g butter
  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Knead flour, softened butter, and sugar into a smooth dough. Form into a dumpling, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Shape 1/4 of the dough into a roughly 2-cm-thick log and cut into approximately 2-cm-thick slices. Place each piece of dough on a greased baking sheet. Gently press each cookie into the center with your thumb to create a small indentation. Bake at approximately 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until light brown.
