Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • some ice cubes
  • 500 ml espresso, cold
  • 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 bottle of beer (stout), preferably with a light chocolate or coffee flavor
  • some chocolate sauce
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

refreshing summer drink

For this refreshing summer drink, simply add about three ice cubes to a glass, pour over some cold espresso, then add some vanilla ice cream if desired, and top with a wonderfully chilled stout. Season to taste depending on the type of stout and the intensity of the beer flavor, and sweeten with sugar if desired. Finally, top with a tiny bit of vanilla ice cream, garnish with chocolate sauce, and serve.
