Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pork neck steak(s), marinated
  • 200 g green beans
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 2 onions, red
  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s), fresh
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • e.g. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, hot
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cook whole for about 20 minutes until tender. Trim the ends of the beans. Add them to the potatoes and cook for about 4 minutes. Season with salt if desired. Then pour into a colander and let cool slightly. In the meantime, cut the meat into strips and fry in a wok with a little oil for about 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the strips. When it is cooked, transfer to a separate bowl. Now finely chop the onions, garlic and chili and place in a small bowl. Dice the bell peppers and add them to the hot wok with the beans, do not clean it beforehand. After about 2 minutes, add half of the onion, garlic and chili mixture and fry. Deglaze with a little soy sauce. Fry for another five minutes, then add to the meat in the bowl. Now add the sliced ​​potatoes to the wok and the rest of the onion, garlic and chili mixture and fry. When the potatoes are brown, add the set aside ingredients back in, stir in and season with paprika, pepper, salt and soy sauce.
