Eva's autumnal nut salad with grapes and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • nutmeg
  • 200 g cheese, Emmental
  • 120 g grapes, blue
  • 120 g green grapes
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 100 g walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For the marinade: Finely chop the parsley, mix all ingredients together, and season with spices. For the salad: Cut the cheese into thin strips, halve the grapes, removing the seeds if necessary, finely dice the onion, roughly chop the walnuts, and mix everything together. Pour the marinade over the vegetables, mix thoroughly, and let it sit for a short while.
