Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some herbs of Provence
- ½ tsp salt
- n. B. Pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for poultry, fish and white meat
Crush the garlic, mix all the ingredients and marinate the meat or fish for several hours or, better yet, overnight.
