Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 basil leaves
- 1 handful of parsley
- 50 ml olive oil
- 50 ml wine (Chianti)
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 15 g salt
- 4 g pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ½ onion(s)
- 8 olives, pitted, black
- 15 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions

Mix everything together in a blender to make a marinade and marinate the meat overnight.
