Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g Chinese cabbage
- 1 apple
- 1 orange(s)
- 200 pineapples, fresh or from the can
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil
- 3 tbsp pineapple juice
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage salad and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the apple, core it, and cut it into small pieces, including the peel. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent it from browning. Carefully segment the orange. Make a marinade with lemon juice, oil, and pineapple juice and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Toss the fruit and salad together and toss with the marinade just before serving.
