Exotic fruit slime with quark (gluten-free)

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed, whole or crushed
  • 5 cardamom pods, green
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 200 ml water
  • 150 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

healthy, soothing fruit mucus

First, fill a pot with water, then immediately add the flaxseed, cardamom, and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer. While the water is simmering, cut the fruit into smaller pieces (any size you like) and place the quark in a bowl. Once the water has slowly turned into a slime, add the fruit and continue to simmer gently. After about 5 minutes, add the fruit slime to the quark and stir well. However, you should remove the cardamom pods from the slime first. You can also vary the fruit, add nuts, or use gluten-containing products (wheat/rye/spelt flakes, etc.). I sometimes add a dash of walnut oil as well.
