Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 ml QimiQ (half pack)
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • Fruits as desired, e.g.:
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 mango(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Fruity and refreshing dessert with light cream

Stir room-temperature QimiQ until smooth, then combine with the lemon juice and honey. Then add the coconut milk, mix well, pour into dessert bowls, and chill for about 2 hours. Prepare the fruit, slice or wedge it, and place it decoratively in the cream. Serve immediately. Tip: Vary with other fruits such as star fruit, papaya, pineapple, etc. For decoration, cut thin lime or orange slices in half and place them on the bowl. Instead of lemon juice, add a shot of rum. Additional information: QimiQ is made from single cream and 1.5% edible gelatin.
