Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 3 large oranges
- 6 dates, dried
- 2 tbsp almonds, sliced
- 1 shot of grenadine (pomegranate syrup)
- some mint, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with dates, oranges and almonds
Peel the mango and cut into bite-sized pieces. Fillet 2 oranges and halve the segments. Cut the dates into small strips. Mix everything in a bowl. Juice the remaining orange. Season to taste and sweeten with a generous dash of grenadine. Briefly toast the slivered almonds in a dry pan and stir in. Let stand for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with a few mint leaves when serving.
