Ingredients
- 8 slice Whole grain toast
- 100 g Cream cheese low in fat
- 8 slice Turkey breast
- 1 Mango
- 2 Beefsteak tomatoes fresh
- 8 Lettuce leaves
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone and cut into slices. Wash tomato and lettuce. Cut the stem end of the tomato into a cone shape and cut the tomato into slices.
- Toast all eight slices of toast and brush with cream cheese. Cover four toasts one after the other with lettuce, turkey breast, mango slices and tomato slices.
- Lightly salt and pepper the tomatoes. Cover with the remaining toast slices, halve the sandwiches diagonally and fix with toothpicks if necessary.
