Exotic Mango and Turkey Sandwich

The perfect exotic mango and turkey sandwich recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 disc Whole grain toast
  • 100 g Cream cheese low in fat
  • 8 disc Turkey breast
  • 1 piece Mango
  • 2 piece Beefsteak tomatoes fresh
  • 8 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone and cut into slices. Wash tomato and lettuce. Cut the stem end of the tomato into a cone shape and cut the tomato into slices.
  1. Toast all eight slices of toast and brush with cream cheese. Cover four toasts one after the other with lettuce, turkey breast, mango slices and tomato slices.
  1. Lightly salt and pepper the tomatoes. Cover with the remaining toast slices, halve the sandwiches diagonally and fix with toothpicks if necessary.
