Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (e.g. penne)
- salt water
- 300 g chicken fillet(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 300 g peas (frozen)
- 1 can pineapple (425 ml)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 150 g sour cream
- 300 g natural yogurt (full milk yogurt)
- Cayenne pepper
- curry
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with pineapple and chicken
Cook the pasta in salted water. Fry the chicken fillets in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Thaw the peas. Meanwhile, drain the pineapple, reserving the juice. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, and 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice. Season generously with salt, cayenne pepper, and curry powder. Slice the onion into thin rings, and slice the pineapple and meat into chunks. Mix the prepared ingredients with the sauce. Season the salad again and serve sprinkled with parsley.
