Nane's pasta – minced meat – salad

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1,000 g minced meat, mixed or just beef
  • 1 jar of gherkins (Silesian gherkin bites)
  • 600 ml ketchup (Hela spice ketchup shashlik)
  • 50 g mixed herbs (frozen)
  • 100 ml oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without mayonnaise, but with ketchup

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse. Fry the minced meat in a pan without fat until crumbly. For the marinade, combine the oil and herbs in a bowl and mix. Drain the cucumber bites and cut into small cubes. Add them to the marinade and mix. Fold in the pasta and minced meat while still warm. Stir 200 ml of ketchup into the warm salad. Add the remaining ketchup just before serving.
