Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 10 slices of pineapple
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk
  • 30 leaves lemon balm, fresh
  • 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the quark with pineapple juice, coconut milk, and sugar or sweetener to taste until smooth. Add the finely diced pineapple and desiccated coconut. Stir in the chopped lemon balm. Garnish with a few leaves.
