Extra Hot Chili Dip, Sweet and Sour

- 3 piece Habaneros
- 5 small Chili peppers
- 1 piece Peeled garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Tasteless oil (vegetable oil, rapeseed oil)
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 el Honey liquid
- 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 0,5 tsp Hot pink paprika powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Pair Disposable gloves
Put on gloves!

preparation
- Finely puree the habaneros, chillies and garlic in a bowl with a hand blender or chop very finely. Put the remaining ingredients one after the other in the bowl and mix well with a teaspoon. Let it steep for about 20-30 minutes. Goes best with grilled meat or delicious with flatbread.
