Extra Hot Chili Dip, Sweet and Sour

The perfect extra hot chili dip, sweet and sour recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Habaneros
  • 5 small Chili peppers
  • 1 piece Peeled garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Tasteless oil (vegetable oil, rapeseed oil)
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 el Honey liquid
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 0,5 tsp Hot pink paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Pair Disposable gloves

Put on gloves!

preparation

  1. Finely puree the habaneros, chillies and garlic in a bowl with a hand blender or chop very finely. Put the remaining ingredients one after the other in the bowl and mix well with a teaspoon. Let it steep for about 20-30 minutes. Goes best with grilled meat or delicious with flatbread.
