Ingredients
- 4 piece Cherry tomatoes
- 0,5 piece Spring onion
- 2 tbsp Jam, yellow
- 2 piece Apricots dried, chopped
- 1 tsp Rice starch
- 6 tbsp Water
- 1 Splash Soy sauce light
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill, Indian Malabar
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Yellow curry powder, e.g. from m. KB
- 1 tsp Lemon pepper spice mix, e.g. from m. KB
Instructions
Sweet and sour dip:
- Chop the tomatoes, spring onions and dried apricots and mix with the starch, water, a little soy sauce and oil and heat in a saucepan, finally add the spices to the heated sauce and stir well.
Use:
- As a side dish for barbecue and rice and noodles, for chicken wings and fish.
