Sweet and Sour Dip

The perfect sweet and sour dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 piece Spring onion
  • 2 tbsp Jam, yellow
  • 2 piece Apricots dried, chopped
  • 1 tsp Rice starch
  • 6 tbsp Water
  • 1 Splash Soy sauce light
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill, Indian Malabar
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Yellow curry powder, e.g. from m. KB
  • 1 tsp Lemon pepper spice mix, e.g. from m. KB

Sweet and sour dip:

  1. Chop the tomatoes, spring onions and dried apricots and mix with the starch, water, a little soy sauce and oil and heat in a saucepan, finally add the spices to the heated sauce and stir well.

Use:

  1. As a side dish for barbecue and rice and noodles, for chicken wings and fish.
