Extra nutty brownies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 115 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • some vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 150 g walnuts, chopped
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for a 20 x 25 cm brownie pan, approx. 20 brownies

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan/convection oven. For the batter, melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Then stir in the sugar and vanilla, then beat in the eggs. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and walnuts, then spread the batter into a greased 20 x 25 cm brownie pan. Bake the batter in the oven for about 15 minutes, until firm to the touch, then let it cool. For the glaze, melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Then stir in the milk, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Then add the nuts. Spread the chocolate over the cooled batter and, once the coating has set, cut into rectangles.
