Extra White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g white chocolate
  • 260 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Muffins with extra white chocolate, for 12 muffins

Makes 12 muffins. First, chop the white chocolate into small pieces. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla pudding powder. Melt the butter in a double boiler until it has melted. Then, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, and eggs to the butter and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Then, stir the butter mixture and chopped chocolate into the flour and mix until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into the muffin tins. Bake at 190°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.
