Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 600 g cream
  • 400 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 600 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 40 g almonds
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the raspberries, without adding any sugar, in a large bowl. Combine the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Fold in the cream cheese. Pour this mixture over the raspberries. Toast the almonds in a pan with honey. Let them cool slightly and then pour them over the cream cheese mixture. Then refrigerate the dessert for about 1 hour so that the almonds and honey form a firm layer.
