Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g sweet potatoes
- 100 ml oat cream (oat cream cuisine)
- 100 g buckwheat
- 50 g popped amaranth
- 1 lemon(s), zest
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 pinches of vanilla pod(s), ground
- 1 packet of baking powder
- some sunflower oil
- some water

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
vegan and gluten-free
Peel the sweet potatoes and boil them in water for 20 minutes. Then drain and mix in the remaining ingredients with a hand mixer. Heat the cooking oil and fry the dough into oval, flat dumplings, one at a time, until golden brown on both sides. Finally, pat the excess fat off the quark dumplings and serve them warm with homemade applesauce.
