Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 apple
  • 50 ml water
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

low-carb, delicious and quick to prepare

Pour the water into a pot and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cut the apple into small pieces. Once the water boils, add the apple pieces and cook until they’re mushy. Then pour them over the cream cheese and season with cinnamon, if desired.
