Fake Shack Burger Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mild mustard
  • 4 slice(s) cucumber(s) (dill cucumber)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Burger sauce inspired by the sauce from the New York burger restaurant “Shake Shack”

Simply blend all ingredients in a blender or with a hand mixer until smooth. You can also dice the cucumbers and mix them with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Note: To complete the Shake Shack Burger, you would need “Martin Sandwich Rolls” as buns, but unfortunately, these are not available in Germany. Brush the buns with butter and brown them in a pan. Now add 1 spoonful of sauce to the top, a ground beef patty with cheese, 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices to the bottom, and you have the perfect Shake Shack Burger.
