Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 170 g ready-made falafel mix (falafel mix)
- 10 g cricket flour
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare the falafel flour according to the package instructions. Mix in 10 g of cricket powder. Finely chop the onion and add it. Season with pepper and salt and let it sit for 10 minutes. Form small balls and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. The insect falafel is ready.
