Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g lentils (soak in the pre-dough)
- 100 g onion(s)
- 100 g leek
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 100 g mushrooms
- 4 tbsp wheat flour type 1050
- 1 tsp curry powder
- some salt and pepper
- some herbs
- chili powder
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 40 minutes

Soak the lentils overnight. Then drain and rinse. Roughly chop the onions, leeks, carrots, mushrooms, and herbs. Puree with the lentils, salt, pepper, curry, and chili. Add the flour and mix. The mixture will be quite sticky. Scoop out the mixture with a tablespoon and fry it in olive oil. Despite being vegan, the mixture won’t fall apart!
