Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • e.g. oregano
  • 600 g flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 300 g butter, soft
  • 80 g cheese, grated
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • n. B. Nutmeg
  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 150 g bread rolls, soaked in water
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the first eight ingredients for the dough, knead thoroughly, and let rest for a while. Then place about two-thirds of the dough onto a prepared, deep baking sheet (drip tray). Mix all of the filling ingredients together thoroughly and transfer to a piping bag. Pipe some of the meat filling evenly onto the dough. Roll out the remaining cheese pastry. Use a pastry wheel to create a lattice and place it over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes. Let cool slightly and then slice. Serve with a green salad.
