Food combining dish

Wash or peel the vegetables. Finely dice the onion, 1 garlic clove, and 1 bell pepper. Grate or finely chop the celery. Halve the Chinese cabbage and remove the stalk. Remove the inner leaves and chop very finely. Place the outer leaves in a bowl in a greased baking dish. Vigorously mix the mince with the finely chopped vegetables, the spices, and 2 eggs, then divide one half between each cabbage bowl to form a cake. Puree the remaining bell pepper, the tomato, and the second garlic clove, and mix with the yogurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper and spread over the mock bunnies. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes. If you like, you can sprinkle some cheese on top.
