Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of vegetables (buttered vegetables, 300 g frozen)
- 1 pack marinated turkey breast fillet(s) (frozen, Aldi)
- 1 pack of soup (cauliflower and broccoli soup)
- 600 ml milk, 1.5%
- 2 pieces of processed cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Prepare the soup according to the package instructions. Use milk instead of 600 ml water. Dissolve the cheese wedges in the soup. Thaw the meat and vegetables. Cut the meat into small pieces (either into strips or cut the fillet in half) and place in a casserole dish. Arrange the vegetables over the meat. Then pour the soup over the vegetables. Simmer at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Serve with white bread, pasta, or rice. WW: 8 points per serving.
