Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 half mango(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 300 ml apple juice, cloudy

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

everyone in the family chooses their favorite ingredient

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, thin it out with a little more juice. We came up with the name “Family Smoothie” because each family member was asked to choose two ingredients. So, throw everything into the Thermomix and mix at full speed. Then, for the first taste – amazing! We harmonize not only as a family, but also as a smoothie.
